Finally after spamming nearly all day yesterday and today trying to get the points for that long waited Sergeant promotion... it happened today, although EA's rank server is so slow it still isn't registering. One thing that I'll never get used to is the lag between updates.

See you again. ^^:

Pretty much just got this one by being spawn killed over and over by people that decided to base rape without capping all the bases. So the end result was this...

Figured I'd just post it on here so I have record of this since EA is taking forever and a day to update the previous points that happened during a blackout time on their servers. It's been roughly two weeks now and still the points haven't been updated properly.

Officer Commendation Ribbon: )

Oh and as a side note... [info]akuneko from FFXI is nothing but a dirty, rotten thief. When I was taking my break from FFXI, she decided to take my Kirin's Osode for her own and will not return it. She's knows that it was only intended for her to use it until I returned, but she has decided to go the dishonorable route and steal it, and to cut off all communication with me because she believes that this will make me stop attempting to get back what is rightfully mine. Worst thing about it is she's the daughter of a policeman... for shame.

See you again.

Decided that I could use my LJ as a place to vent some frustration about Battlefield 2 as well as post some random pics that I took over the last few days. I haven't taken a lot of pics, but I'll start doing so before too much longer.

Battlefield 2 pictures )

One thing though that I have to mention that has become an extreme pet peeve of mine: pistol, knife servers are just that... PISTOL AND KNIFE ONLY. All you n00bs that decide to bring out the main weapons and use the vehicles to stat pad need to go somewhere else. There are people that enjoy playing with Pistol and Knife only since it requires alot more skill. Though I do have to admit... playing Medic on these types of servers can contribute to a bit of stat padding since you're extremely valuable.

With that said, I'll just reiterate what I said earlier that I will start posting alot more. Just had to take a break from things for a while. See you again. XD

Ok, so I know its been a long time since I last updated... but I've been really busy with RL and needless to say I haven't really been playing any games that were worth mentioning. I figured that this was worthy of mention though since [info]carrillo decided to spam me while I was bored. Needless to say, the result was rather epic.

Epic spam )

I'll start updating this alot more in the near future as I've started taking interest in Battlefield 2 and the endless mods that are available for it. See you again! XD

It's been nearly a month since my last entry, and from the looks of it I've still been getting a pretty good amount of views so-- I figured it was time to update the LJ once again. I figured I'd start off by saying that since [info]carillo has moved to another server on WoW to be with some of his Zenmetsu buddies, its going to take a little while longer to compile images, but nonetheless, I'll keep updating when I have enough to warrant an update.

First off, as usual... lots and lots of Carol moments which I'll start off with in the first LJ cut. Its' amazing the things you can get Carol to say when he's warmed up with his faggotry. Just need a few of his buddies around to get him going with the gayness. Here's some examples:

Carol gayness: )

In between Carol's antics, while trying to get some PvP action done and progress through the ranks, we were graced with a few of these:

Carol PvP interruption: )

After which-- the epic GMOTD changes back and forth between Carol and Chappy, at times this was very hilarious and this was during my waits in between waiting for Arathi Basin and Warsong Gulch battleground queues:

Guild message wars: )

And finally to wrap up this post.... I decided to take the UI that [info]neorei uses for a spin to see how functional it is in my style of play. Actually seems to be a very good UI, though it does take a little bit of getting used to as you'll see in the following pics.

UI change: )

And finally last but certainly not least... since I see a multitude of people have been posting their HKs, figured I'd post mine as well:

Well, its definitely been a while since I last updated... and this one definitely guarantees to be kind of lengthy so bear with me. First off, [info]carrillo, as well as everyone else in the guild have been leveling like crazy trying to get up to endgame so that we can start hitting the highend instances and decking out the entire guild as well as knock out the annoying alliance that have been very irritating as of late. Even though the exp requirements have been going up incredibly-- we've still been managing to hit the 1 level/day or at least most of us have been able to do so.

And ever since Carol was banned from FFXI, he's been up to his old antics as far as trying to corrupt people in WoW. It's actually quite humorous, even though he hasn't put his efforts to full effect yet, but he has been corrupting people here and there through the instances that we've been doing and etc.

From now on, since there's a lot of material that good ole' Carol provides... I think I'm going to start a "Carol corner," showing off his antics to all those that know him well, as well as some of you that haven't seen him in action. So without further delay:

Carol corner: )

I'll definitely make sure to update that more often as there is a lot of material like I said before that can be used to show off Carol's craziness.

On to some of the action. The guild has pretty much been hitting PvP pretty hard lately, as far as Battlegrounds go and the occasional run-in with the alliance members that try to hamper our exp sessions/questing. From what I've seen, the allies can be extremely cheap, and they definitely like to attack you while you're exping since it seems to me that they really don't stand a chance in fair combat. Speaking of which... this has happened many times while I've been exping, and since around 90% of the time its basically Carol and myself goofing off finding new ways to get ourselves pwned-- we really haven't had too many opportunities where we can't make an alliance member think twice about attacking us again.

And in the constant effort to have better gear, we've been going after the instances on a regular basis as well. The first one that I have images of is from RFK which was basically a random invite that Carol and myself had that we were eager to go after. This isntance I'd have to say is my least favorite because of how incredibly boring it is. Though I'd have to say... when you have the right group of people, and the right amount of damage going on-- its really hard NOT to win the instance, as far as low to mid level instances go...

RFK: )

Onto the next instance. This one was several days later-- and was a guild only instance. Pretty fun as far as instances go, seeing as how this time we really weren't knocking out the beastman types-- this time we were actually knocking out humans. We really didn't encounter any trouble at all, and we were lucky enough to get everyone something as far as gear goes and the continuing experience of instances that we'll need as we move up into the levels. Here's some pics of that:

SFK: )

We had a few breaks in action and we decided to knock out some PvP action as well as some leveling... here's some pictures of the downtime, and if you notice there's a few pictures of my character in two different Halloween costumes, as well as Carol with one of the strangest looking shields I've seen in this game...

WoW random action: )

In between instances... we had a few run-ins with high level alliance members wreaking havoc in The Crossroads-- an area where the lower level Horde players exp and do quests. The alliance likes to pick on this place as its near Ratchet which happens to be an area where the alliance can dock into Horde territory. Here are a few pictures of the carnage that was left after this series of battles ended...

Crossroads carnage: )

Our last instance that we just did the other day with a couple other people is known as Gnomer. This one was actually in alliance territory so we had to be a little bit careful when we entered into the instance staging area in case there was any alliance members hanging out. This instance was incredible-- as far as getting great equipment for our melee (hopefully the mages will see that kind of great gear sometime in the future).

Gnomer: )

And hopefully in the future, there will be some more action to post soon. And here's one last thing to leave you with...

wtflol: )

See you again. ^^:

So in between runnning quests with my good buddy [info]carrillo, we decided to take a little bit of a pause and do an instance in an area known by the acronym WC (no, not the restroom break). Since we had a lot of old Shivans from FFXI on Haomarush, we decided to make our own guild jokingly named "JP Onry" which everyone from FFXI knows what we're referring to.

People from FFXI- Shiva include: [info]carrillo, [info]isindilffxi, [info]solorisffxi, Crosis, Eldarias and Teva. With this basically makes the core member of "JP Onry." Since we'd been basically running quests and leveling like crazy since we started less than a week ago, we decided to run an instance to get a little bit of experience in raids and trying to get a little bit better gear then what we already had.

One thing that you have to remember about [info]carrillo is that he is an aggro magnet, which normally everyone expects him to "egg roll" everything (joking term from [info]puritanx) in that he'd start beating up passive mobs and claiming that they aggro'd him. Today though, we found out that Teva has the largest aggro radius of anyone we've ever seen. It was almost like a direct role reversal from what we were accustomed to in FFXI in that Teva was dead just about everytime we turned around. Good thing that we had a couple of mid-level Druids (20+) that were able to raise him so that we could continue. In the end of course, in normal fashion, we did knock out all the mobs including the boss at the end ftw, and there was a pretty funny moment at the end when it was only the main boss remaining that we figured Carol would bum rush him... which he did. XD

WC instance: )

The one thing that I've noticed that WoW > FFXI is the fact that the instances which can be compared to dynamis is the fact that you can do them one after the other instead of being penalized to wait 72 hours between attempts. I've only done two instances being the ones that are known as RFC and WC, but from what I've seen, there's definitely alot of fun involved.

Congrats to everyone that obtained items last night... See you again. ^^:

Since there was some system maintenance on WoW, I decided to jump on EVE and help out Remus and a few other corp members with a level 3 mission while waiting for my buddy [info]carrillo to get on AIM so we can bust out some pwnage on WoW... while doing so, busted through the mission with Remus pretty easily, and since we were bored... we decided to blow up a space-port which is a very close replica to the stations that you see from the Gallente Federation.

Space-port destruction: )

Hopefully, get a chance to knock out some level 4 missions in the future. See you again. ^^:
